Delivery Information

Fierce Lacrosse ships via UPS or USPS and adheres to their rates and schedules plus any handling charges they incur. Items in stock will ship out no more than three days later Monday-Saturday. If an item is out of stock, we ask that you give your products an additional 2-4 weeks to get to you.

UPS Ground Shipping

Fierce Lacrosse ships to you via UPS for reliable shipping services. They have delivery dates that are guaranteed and are very accurate to make sure you get your equipment on time. UPS is also a very affordable way to ship bigger items, so we can pass along the savings to customers with smaller orders. There’s an extra cost if you need to ship outside of the Continental United States. You can always call us or email us with any questions.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking your package with UPS tracking is really easy to use and also reliable. When you place your order you will receive a UPS tracking number in your email when your package(s) are shipped. You can easily track your order using your account on our website or you can go directly to the UPS site at www.ups.com and put your tracking information in.

Transit Times

UPS Ground works to get your packages delivered on time by following a very strict shipping schedule. The shipping time differs between 2-5 business days (M-F), depending on where you live. We are located in Western New York and delivery timeframes are decided in the number of days it will take from our location.

United States Postal Service

USPS has many shipping options to suit your needs including Priority Mail and Express Mail. Priority mail takes an average of 1-3 days to most locations and includes delivery confirmation. They will deliver Mon-Sat except for holidays. There is no guarantee, however, that your package will arrive within the three day timeframe.

Express Mail has an average of 1-2 days for delivery including Saturday except for holidays. They do guarantee this timeframe or you will get your money back for the cost of shipping. This includes complete tracking of your package, as well.

Refunds for Shipping

We apologize, but we are unable to refund your shipping costs unless the problem starts with us. If you return a package or refuse one then you will be credited for the items themselves if you have followed our guidelines on returns, but not for your shipping charges. Simply put, UPS and USPS still charge us to ship your package and they don’t give refunds to us on a return or a refusal.
