Return Policy

Any returns or exchanges must have an RMA number included with them. Anything returned to us without the RMA obviously marked on the outside of the box used for shipping will be discarded. Anything being returned has to be in its original packaging and condition. Anything that shows wear such as scratches, dirt or stains or is not in its proper packaging will not be considered to be in its original condition and you cannot return these items. You must request your return within 30 days from receiving your order.

The Process of Making a Return

To get an RMA number, visit the Product Returns section of our website and fill out the request form, including your order ID and your reason/s for returning the product. Once you receive your RMA #, you are ready to return your item. Make sure and write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box, on all sides of the box, clearly legible. Then ship the item(s) along with its original packaging to:

Refunds:

Any refund is subject to a ten percent restocking fee and the original cost of shipping. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

At Fierce, we understand that sometimes the items don’t fit as you thought you would, so we offer exchanges to our customers. The customer is responsible for shipping costs in both directions, and you must request your exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please allow 7-10 business days for the exchange to be made.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange Include:

  • Special order items, Orders for Teams, Custom Orders or any other Special Orders
  • Items that are on clearance
  • Items sold as is because they contain blemishes
  • Customized Products
  • Undergarments and Jocks, due to the personal nature of these items and for hygiene

Warranty:

Any issue of a warranty is the responsibility of the manufacturer.  If you have a product that is under the manufacturer’s warranty contact them at their number. We do not offer refunds of any kind for items that fall under the manufacturer’s warranty.
